Common error messages

All titles undergo manual and automated reviews before a licensing decision is made. These reviews can take up to three weeks, but any errors found during this process can increase timelines significantly. Titles must adhere to the Content Policy Guidelines and Asset Requirements at all times.

Troubleshoot video file errors

Technical errors can cause your mezzanine to fail the initial ingestion process. See Troubleshoot Video File Errors for more information on how to troubleshoot these issues.

SRT file errors

SubRip Text file format (.srt) files are the most common timed text files submitted to Prime Video Direct. See SRT File Errors for more information.
