Trademarks

Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Digital Video Agreement (the "Agreement") and solely in connection with your distribution of content via Prime Video Direct (the "Program"), Amazon ("we" or "us") hereby grants you, for the Term and in the Territory (each as defined in the Agreement), a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (the "Limited License") to use the permitted trademarks and logos provided by us to you (those Amazon trademarks and logos, collectively, the "Amazon Marks"), subject to all usage requirements and solely in connection with the digital media promotion of the availability of your titles via Prime Video Direct.

You may not otherwise use any trademark, service mark, commercial symbol, or other proprietary right of Amazon, issue press releases or other publicity relating to us or the Prime Video Direct program, or refer to Amazon in any promotional materials without Amazon express prior written consent or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the relationship with Amazon in any way.

Your use of the Amazon Marks must comply at all times with Amazon Trademarks Guidelines and the Prime Video Direct Marketing Guide.
