My Profile

Change your displayed name

The name you enter is the same as it appears on the Amazon Video Direct website and in your reports. To change your displayed name, do the following:

  1. In Your Account, click My Profile.
  2. In the Name box, enter your first and last name.
  3. Click Save.

Change your email address

Your email address also serves as your account username. If you change your email address, you must use the new email address as your Amazon Video Direct account sign in.

  1. In Your Account, click My Profile, and then click Update email.
  2. Follow the instructions on your screen.

Change your account password

Your account password helps protect your account. You should use a unique, strong password and change it regularly. Don’t share your account credentials with anyone. If you want to grant another person access to your Amazon Video Direct account, use the Invite Users feature.

  1. In Your Account, click My Profile, and then click Reset password.
  2. Follow the instructions on your screen.

Change your job position

The job position you list helps us understand your role within your organization and identifies whom to contact if we have questions about your Amazon Video Direct account.

  1. In Your Account, click My Profile.
  2. In the Job position list, select an entry.
  3. Click Save.

Change your account phone number

Your phone number helps us contact you if we have questions about your Amazon Video Direct account.

  1. In Your Account, click My Profile.
  2. In the Phone number box, enter a phone number including country (for non-U.S. numbers) and area code.
  3. Click Save.
